We are seeking a motivated and passionate Group fitness/strength training coach to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized group training programs, guiding clients through workouts, and helping them achieve their fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and encouraging environment for clients of all fitness levels.
Duties
Develop customized workout plans
Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized training area.
Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and motivation.
Promote group classes or special events to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English
Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to explain concepts clearly.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Proven customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients towards their fitness goals.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
