You are more than just a fitness enthusiast -- you're a professional who:
Is proficient in program design and understands how to tailor workouts to client goals.
Has a strong understanding of proper movement patterns and can clearly communicate points of performance.
Thrives in a coaching role, whether it's 1-on-1, small groups, or larger classes.
Can meet clients where they're at and lead them toward lasting success in both fitness and nutrition.
Responsibilities
Conduct CrossFit group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Offer personal training sessions tailored to individual member needs (optional, based on qualifications).
Engage with members to build a positive, supportive community environment.
Participate in professional development opportunities, including our internship program.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience.
Prescribe fitness plans that align with the client's goals.
Requirements
High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Flexible availability including early mornings, midday, evenings, occasional weekends.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.
Ready to participate in our onboarding/internship.
Personal training or group fitness certification.
Experience in weightlifting, gymnastics, or CrossFit is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
