Who Are We?

Elite Performance Center or EPC is a 7,500 sq. foot fitness facility with an attached multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic that is located in central Burlington.

The fitness portion includes a 24/7 gym, personal trainers, team training, HYROX and group fitness boot camps and a dedicated hockey training room that features a skating treadmill, stick handling/shooting pad and a strength/conditioning training area.

The clinic portion includes a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Registered Massage Therapist, Athletic Therapist, and Fascial stretch therapist.

Instructor for group adult fitness/physical training sessions. We offer a wide variety of group classes and will train the successful applicant on HYROX style boot camps.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead 45 minute small group classes using provided programming Set up class equipment and return equipment after class Advises participants on proper form and technique throughout class Monitor participants to ensure safety prevention policies are adhered to

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

First Aid, CPR-C Personal Training Certification (Eg., CanFitPro) Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community Knowledge of fitness training and education methods and techniques Knowledge of exercise principles and technology Knowledge of the operation of fitness equipment and facilities Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
