Fitness Equipment Service Technician

For over 25 years, Spartan Fitness has proudly serviced Atlantic Canada. Spartan Fitness is an established and expanding company providing fitness equipment sales and service to retail and commercial customers.

As an addition to our growing team, this position will be primarily responsible for:

Repairing and replacing parts on fitness equipment Delivering and Installing fitness equipment Providing preventative maintenance of fitness equipment
These responsibilities will be carried out to both residential and commercial customers in Halifax and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Experience interacting with customers directly - providing excellent customer service The ability to work unsupervised on customers sites Great time management skills The ability to drive a large commercial truck and smaller service vehicle The ability to manage one's own time and adapt to a flexible work schedule Must pass a criminal record check as there will be work completed at military sites and in correctional facilities The ability to lift heavy equipment Experience using fitness equipment is preferred
Any post-secondary education or previous work experience in the field is an asset. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Remuneration based on experience.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
