We are looking for top-tier talent who can deliver outstanding client experiences and are eager to grow with the company. A current personal training certification or a diploma/degree in Health & Fitness Promotion or Kinesiology is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their goals, fitness levels, and any limitations
Conduct online consultations following company procedures and best practices
Recommend suitable personal training packages based on client assessments
Motivate, coach, and guide clients throughout their consultation
Provide clients with ongoing feedback, encouragement, and accountability
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client care
Experience & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fitness, health, or training environment
Sales and customer service experience
Background in functional movement assessments is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to personal growth, development, and leadership
