Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic fitness associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to educate clients about our fitness facility and services, and effective time management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Duties

Provide basic customer service, including use of a POS system for transactions, registration of new memberships, and booking field times. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Educate customers on facility features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the fitness area. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to and enforce facility policies and procedures.

Experience

Must have a background in athletics/sport Friendly, positive, and outgoing nature is ideal Looks to give back to the community through the means of organized sport training Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate others within the team Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
