We're a high-energy space, constantly working to improve the lives of our team, members, and community.About the RoleThe Operational Assistant will play an exciting role in developing and executing on new facility initiatives - both online and in-person - and in training members and sports teams alike.We are searching for a creative and organized individual with experience in the fitness industry, responsible for assisting with facility-related projects and promotions, managing social media content, and helping to grow the Functional Strength and Therapy brand.This role will also be responsible for assisting with one-on-one client training and group-based sport-specific training sessions. Note that there is additional compensation outside of the 10-20 hours of dedicated project and promotion work for training requirements.Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing growth-oriented projects

• Create, manage, and monitor social media initiatives.

• Assist the Director of Fitness with facility projects, events, and administrative tasks.

• Support members with our facility software.

• Ideate new and exciting ways to engage with the fitness community.

• Assisting in facility team-based dryland training

• Assisting in coaching individual clients

Preferred Experience and Skills

• First Aid

• One of the following: CSCS, RCEP, or additional training certifications

• Kinesiology or schooling in a related field.

• 1-2 years of related work experience, or schooling in a related field.
