We are a beautiful boutique fitness and wellness studio looking for an
Administrative & Marketing All-Star
to join our operations team! This role blends higher-level administration with marketing responsibilities, supporting both the day-to-day operations of the studio and the growth of our community.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
Create and manage engaging content for social media
Coordinate email and blogging campaigns
Support influencer collaborations and campaigns
Design marketing materials (Canva)
Manage community/affiliate/corporate partnerships and donation requests
Support strategic planning for lead generation and events
Client Experience & Administration
Greet clients and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
Build rapport and create lasting relationships with clients
Provide a concierge level of service at all times
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly
Assist walk-ins by providing information and booking consultations/tours
Manage client bookings and payments
Schedule personal training sessions and classes
Support event coordination and promotions
Communicate effectively with staff and clients
Maintain studio standards through organization and light cleaning tasks
Support management with tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Traits
Marketing and/or administrative experience (fitness/wellness sector preferred)
Strong customer service background
Experience with Mindbody Business is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills
Creative and motivated to support business growth
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable handling walk-ins
Positive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must speak fluent English
Availability Requirements
Morning shifts + 1 weekend day
Must be able to commute reliably to 1541 West Broadway
