- Examines and analyzes corporate financial information and carries out tax planning.
- Develops financial and tax assumptions
- Reviews and prepares tax returns. Identifies potential planning
- Assists clients with business reorganizations, financing, purchase or sale of a business.
- Prepares notices of objection and leads discussions with tax authorities
- Communicates with clients on various Canadian tax issues
