Job Summary

We are seeking motivated First & Second Year Apprentice Electricians to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in electrical systems, working alongside experienced electricians on diverse residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and foundational knowledge of electrical principles.

Responsibilities

Assist Journeyman Electricians in installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial settings Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment safely and effectively during daily tasks Work with low voltage systems and understand wiring requirements for various electrical components Support the setup of electrical panels, conduit runs and wiring installations according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on construction sites or in facilities

Qualifications

Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction processes Experience with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading and low voltage wiring is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates Strong interest in developing a career as an Electrician Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces as needed Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in construction or electrical work is a plus but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
This position provides valuable practical experience for individuals aspiring to become Journeyman Electricians or advance within the electrical trade. We welcome candidates who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
