The Analyst, Underwriting Documentation plays a key role in the adjudication process by ensuring financial information and documentation meet CIBC underwriting standards. This role will act as a second set of eyes on complex files and make recommendations regarding the readiness of the financial information for a lending decision. The Analyst, Underwriting Documentation works closely with other Underwriters and Lenders to ensure financial document information is decisioned in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Utilize attention to detail when reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.Communication \xe2\x80\x93 Effectively communicate with Underwriters and Lenders by email to respond to inquiries and foster sound working relationships.Time management \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and work in an organized, efficient manner.Who you areYou can demonstrate banking experience and have a good understanding of real estate secured lending.You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).You know that details matter.
