Are you able to learn and teach new technology? Do you want to assist people inside and outside of your circle with their troubleshooting needs? Are you experienced in providing deskside and virtual support?

We\'re looking for you to join our team as a Support Analyst at our office in Kingston, ON!
As a Support Analyst, you will troubleshoot and resolve level 1/2/3 support issues from various support channels like phone calls, chats, and self-service tickets to document and escalate issues further as required. You\'ll provide technical support for various practice specific software applications and firm proprietary software, as well as install and configure software, updates, and patches. You\'ll troubleshoot various IT hardware issues with PC\'s. printers, peripherals, etc. and provide device and app support with both IOS and Android mobile devices. You\'ll also have the opportunity to provide tech training to our new hires both in-person or virtually, and provide support for audio-visual setups, system hardware, connectivity issues in meeting rooms, and telecom issues.
More of what you\'ll do includes:

  • Configure and image PC\xe2\x80\x99s with the required core environment image and practice specific software
  • Troubleshoot various IT hardware issues with PC\xe2\x80\x99s, printers, peripherals, etc.
  • Assist with asset management and inventory tracking as required
  • Actively participate on various local and national IT projects/virtual teams as required
  • Participate in the after-hours on call program

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Previous deskside, virtual support and/or help desk experience
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of networks, file servers, wireless technology, and Windows networks
  • Proficient knowledge of computer hardware - PC\'s, printers, peripherals, laptop imaging, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Solid organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Able to work shifts between 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST
  • Able to work on weekends and statutory holidays when required
