Duties:

Under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, become familiar with the planning, organizing, cooking and presentation of all items produced on the Service Line Prepare, cook and present foods for Fathom Restaurant by maintaining the standards and consistency established by the kitchen management team Guide and supervise a designated section of the Kitchen in the absence of a Chef de Partie Follow the latest trends in culinary arts Monitor and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness within the kitchen All other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.

What We're Looking For:

Red Seal Certification and Food Safe Minimum 2 years of well-rounded culinary experience, including banquets experience Experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred Accountable for all decisions made during a shift Ability to effectively delegate when required Previous supervisor/leadership experience is an asset Available to work full-time hours Open availability for morning or evening shifts
