Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Handle food safely and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with meal preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to prepare a variety of meals while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. A passion for cooking and serving delicious meals that delight customers.
