The successful candidate should have 3-5 years experience to be able to:
Prepare special meals or substitute items based on dietary need. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, fryers, and pan section. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests, by maintaining proper temperature guidelines. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared to the specifications of Chef or Sous Chef. Communicate clearly with needs especially during busy periods. Inform front end staff of low or 86'd product. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Assist other members of the kitchen as needed.
