First Aid - Skilled Labourer

to join our Kamloops team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a dual role on-site: providing Level 2 First Aid support while contributing to labour and equipment operation tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-minded, versatile, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

Occupational First Aid Level 2

support on site. Carry out general labour duties including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. Safely and efficiently operate telehandlers and other equipment as required. Support site safety practices and hazard identification, applying

CSO experience

where applicable. Work collaboratively with site supervisor and foreman to achieve project goals. Ensure the worksite remains safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid

Occupational First Aid Level 2

certification (mandatory). Previous experience as a

Construction Safety Officer (CSO)

considered an asset. Certified

Telehandler Operator

with proven operating experience. Experience working as a labourer in construction or industrial settings. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures. Physically fit, with the ability to perform tasks in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
