VIVICPR, a leading First Aid, CPR, and AED training provider, is currently expanding our vibrant team of educators. We are inviting applications from both part-time and full-time contract instructors available weekdays or weekends. This opportunity is perfect for those who are passionate about making a difference and are eager to nurture their teaching careers, particularly those hailing from healthcare, safety, or emergency services backgrounds.

Ideal Candidates:



We're looking for charismatic individuals who have a strong interest in healthcare, occupational health and safety, or emergency services. Successful candidates will be able to effectively organize and communicate complex information to diverse groups. If you are an exceptional public speaker, possess a strong command of first aid skills, and can effectively transfer your knowledge, we want to hear from you.

Our instructors are not just teachers, but captivating communicators who exhibit charisma and charm, fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment. They are adept at holding their audience's attention and making learning a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. A deep understanding of adult learning techniques is highly valued.

Communication Skills:



Successful candidates will exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills. This includes the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, comprehend spoken instructions and information, and engage in active listening. A strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication with diverse groups and audiences.

Requirements:



New instructors must complete our Instructor Development Program before commencing teaching. Current instructors holding a valid Standard First Aid CPR-BLS certification can upgrade to our instructor certification.

In your application, please provide:

A detailed resume that outlines your experience as a first aid instructor, as well as any other pertinent first aid experiences such as roles as a lifeguard or first responder. Your availability for the fall/winter of 2025/2026 and the subsequent spring 2026. Indication of whether you have access to a vehicle for transportation to offsite courses and equipment pick-up/drop-off. If you lack your own equipment, we can arrange for it to be provided. The areas within Toronto/GTA where you are comfortable teaching. A description of your teaching style, emphasizing how you ensure your courses are practical, engaging, and centered on hands-on rescue techniques.
