Our school is hiring a Canadian Red Cross or Heart and Stroke Foundation First Aid Instructor to help train students. The ideal candidate for this position will have academic experience in education and experience training students in a variety of environments. They are looking for individuals who can plan and deliver classroom instruction as well as demonstrate proper techniques and other skills.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students how to render first aid.
- Demonstrate how to render first aid.
- Explain the steps of first aid treatment.
- Provide first aid kits to students.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Qualified as either a Canadian Red Cross or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada First Aid Instructor
License/Certification:
- Driving Licence and ability to provide instruction at clients location
