Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Aid & CPR Instructor to join our dynamic team. As the Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering first aid and CPR training courses. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-quality training and the necessary skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct First Aid & CPR Training:

Instruct individuals and groups on first aid and CPR Ensure training materials and techniques are up-to-date, relevant, and in accordance with industry standards and guidelines Utilize engaging teaching methods and practical demonstrations to enhance learning experiences and instruction Supervise individuals during instruction Evaluate the ability of participants to adequately perform first aid and CPR.
2. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all training programs and practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and participant progress.
3. Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique training needs and providing exceptional customer service
4. Emergency Response Expertise:

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques Serve as a role model and resource for instructors and participants alike.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a certified First Aid & CPR Instructor is an asset Current certification as a First Aid & CPR Instructor from Red Cross an asset Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs Knowledge of current first aid and CPR guidelines, regulations, and best practices an asset A passion for educating and empowering individuals to respond confidently in emergency situations English is required

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
