Levitt-Safety has an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to join our team as a Service Technician for Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems (VFSS) in Regina, SK. This role is physically demanding and safety-sensitive, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and safely navigate ladders and large equipment using strong coordination and dexterity.
Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicle fire suppression systems and other fire and life safety equipment at customer sites
Conduct safety inspections and audits, providing recommendations for follow-up maintenance
Deliver site-specific training to customers and end users
Represent Levitt-Safety professionally as the on-site safety expert and trusted partner
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined and eager to build a hands-on career in the service industry
Experience in a mechanical, automotive, or equipment-related role is an asset--but we'll train the right person
Basic electrical knowledge and confidence using hand and power tools
Fire protection or suppression system experience or training is a strong asset
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
Able to meet pre-employment requirements (drug/alcohol testing and background checks)
Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
