Trade / Scope Specific responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Inspection of existing fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Diagnose condition of existing fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Perform preventative maintenance on existing fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Recommend best-fit solutions for existing fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Service and repair existing fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Sales of new fire alarms and related components.
Assembly and installation of new and replacement fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Communication of inspections, diagnoses, preventative maintenance, recommendations, construction, service/repair, and installation of fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Documentation of inspections, diagnoses, preventative maintenance, recommendations, construction, service/repair, and installation of fire alarm infrastructure, equipment, and related components.
Follow safety guidelines, approved processes, and procedures on the job site.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
Work cohesively with teams of employees or contractors.
Communicate in a polite and courteous manner.
Applicants
must already hold
the following certifications to be eligible for this position. If the successful candidate does not already possess these certifications, they will be required to obtain them
at their own expense
prior to commencing work.
General Certifications Required:
1. Valid Class 5 Driver's License - No more than 6 demerit points
2. Up to date Drivers Abstract
