Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, our Viking Parkville branch is seeking a Fire Alarm Technical Sales Representative. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build lasting partnerships - develop and secure new project opportunities and nurture client relationships. Listen and understand client needs for fire alarm system and provide tailored recommendations. Craft accurate proposals - prepare detailed work estimates and follow up on quotations to ensure clarity and trust. Ensure transparency - deliver comprehensive cost estimates and clearly communicate any additional charges. Keep projects on track - create work schedules and timelines when needed. Stay connected - offer after-sales support and guidance to maintain customer satisfaction and confidence. Lay the foundation for success - prepare all necessary documentation for contract initiation and smooth project execution

Qualifications:

College diploma in fire protection, building mechanics, civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience. Experience in troubleshooting and/or installing fire alarm systems (an asset). At least 3 years of relevant experience in the fire protection or prevention industry Proficiency in standards and codes governing the conception and installation of automatic fire extinguishers systems. Knowledge of products used in fire protection and fire alarm. CFAA certification (an asset). Valid driver's license. Ability to work well independently. Strong customer service skills.
