Job Summary

:
We are actively seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Fire Alarm Systems Sales Representative to lead our fire alarm sales initiatives in the BC market. This role includes supporting the full sales cycle--from initial takeoff and quotation to project oversight and client delivery.

Responsibilities

:

Sell fire alarm system solutions including:

New construction projects Retrofit and system upgrades for existing buildings Major system repairs and panel replacements Generate accurate quotes and proposals based on blueprint analysis and on-site assessments Perform system takeoffs for bidding and proposal development Work closely with engineers, electrical contractors, and general contractors to win project bids Oversee and support project management for jobs sold, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and municipal requirements Build and maintain strong client relationships in the construction and property management industries

Requirements

:

Proven experience in fire alarm sales, including construction and retrofit projects Strong understanding of fire alarm codes, ULC standards, and building codes in BC Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics Experience with system takeoffs and cost estimation Willingness to learn and grow within a national platform Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and support project execution
