plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality product and exceptional homeowner experience in our multi-family residential projects. This role acts as a bridge between the construction team, trades, and homeowners by overseeing interior specifications, layout coordination, final finishes, deficiency management, QA/QC and warranty follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment where client satisfaction and quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Coordination & Trade Oversight
Collaborate with the construction and design teams to interpret and implement interior specifications, finishes, and layouts.
Coordinate with finishing trades (drywall, painting, millwork, flooring, etc.) to ensure work aligns with project standards and schedules.
Identify and resolve layout or installation discrepancies during construction.
Review scopes of work for tender to ensure accuracy.
Quality Assurance & Deficiency Management
Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor finishing quality and adherence to specs.
Create and manage deficiency lists through construction and pre-occupancy phases.
Maintain and enforce quality control checklists and turnover readiness standards.
Homeowner Walkthroughs & Possession
Lead Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), homeowner orientations, and final walkthroughs.
Clearly communicate home features, maintenance expectations, and warranty coverage to new owners.
Document and coordinate the resolution of any deficiencies noted during walkthroughs.
Warranty & Customer Service
Serve as the primary point of contact for post-possession warranty concerns during the warranty period.
Coordinate with trades and service providers to address issues in a timely manner.
Track and report warranty trends and identify opportunities for construction or design improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of residential construction, preferably in multi-family or condominium environments.
Warranty and Quality Assurance experience a must
Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior finishes, and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused demeanour.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to site changes.
Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of home warranty programs (e.g., Alberta New Home Warranty, Tarion, etc.) is a strong asset.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
