The Finishing Supervisor oversees and coordinates all interior finishing activities to ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to schedule, and compliance with project specifications. This role is responsible for managing trades, inspecting units and common areas, and ensuring the final product meets the company's standards for quality and detail.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades including drywall, painting, millwork, flooring, tile, doors, hardware, and final fixtures.
Ensure all work is performed to plan, specification, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and create punch lists for correction and completion.
Monitor daily progress and report on schedule adherence, deficiencies, and trade performance.
Coordinate trade access and sequencing to maintain efficient workflow.
Work closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to resolve design or installation issues.
Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
Review and approve finishing details, samples, and mock-ups before installation.
Participate in quality control inspections, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections), and turnover procedures.
Track and follow up on deficiency lists through to completion.
Communicate clearly with trades, consultants, and management to ensure timelines and expectations are met.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
