We specialize in the innovative design and manufacture of cast and fabricated iron and steel products for the mining and resources sector, and we also expertly serve rail and transit, energy, structural and industrial casting and defence markets.


We currently have two (2) General Labourer opportunities in Edmonton, Alberta!

The General labourer will be responsible for performing general shop cleaning duties under the supervision of the Supervisor/Lead Hand in a safe and efficient manner.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions and directions from the Production Supervisor /Lead Hand on the areas of the shop to clean.
• Sweep shop floor and stairwells on a daily basis
• Assist in moving materials in the shop
• Stamping of parts when required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Comply with all Bradken\xe2\x80\x99s safety policies and OH&S regulations

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs required.
• Clear Criminal Record Check required.
• Clear Fit Testing, Drug and Alcohol Testing required.
• Previous experience as a General Laborer in a manufacturing environment is an asset
• Knowledge of oil and gas and manufacturing industry an asset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent demanding deadlines
• Strong work ethic and good organizational and planning skills
• Works effectively in a team environment and is able to take direction
• Flexibility in shift (days, afternoons or nights) and able to work OT as required.
