We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finishing components with accuracy and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations Use hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as caulking, plastering, and fixture installation Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for interior finishes Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless project flow Conduct quality checks on completed work to meet specifications and client expectations while adhering to safety standards

Experience

Proven experience in finishing carpentry (5+ Years, no less) Strong knowledge of trim carpentry, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, railing installation, ect. Familiarity with the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders). Ability to travel with work a must. Work is all over British Columbia. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints or schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions in fast-paced environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.09-$40.00 per hour
