Job Overview

We are recruiting for Dozer / Excavator Operators (Finishing). Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with the construction team, with a focus on adhering to project specifications and safety regulations. The role requires a good understanding of construction operations, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret site plans.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform daily inspections of equipment prior to operation. Abide by all Safety standards and codes. Follow directions that are spoken or delivered by hand signals of ground crew members. Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a dozer / excavator operator. Experience with finishing work and GPS knowledge is an asset. Knowledge of land clearing methods, heavy equipment operation and industry requirements Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as background check. Must be fit-for-duty. Good communication skills in English Class 5 driver's license Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada.
