Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Compensation:

Apprentices (1st-4th Year):

$24 - $45+ /hr

Carpenters & Journeymen:

$30 - $50+ /hr

Finish Carpenters & Lead Finish Carpenters:

$35 - $55+ /hr
Wages are negotiable based on experience and role.

Key Responsibilities:

Finishing, Siding, Cladding, Building envelope Framing, finish carpentry, fencing, and decking Collaborate with other trades on all phases of construction Work under and support experienced leads and foremen Maintain clean, organized job sites Follow safety protocols and company quality standards Embrace continuous learning and team-based work

Qualifications:

1st to 4th Year Apprentices or registered carpenters Red Seal or Journeyman certification (preferred for senior roles) Ability to take direction and work independently Strong work ethic and reliability Experience with tools and materials used in residential construction Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
