Fine Jewellery Boutique Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Boutique Manager for our independent custom jewellery business located in midtown Toronto. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, driving sales, and providing team leadership within our boutique.   • Manage the day-to-day operations of our boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Drive sales and meet revenue targets by actively engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the jewellery designer and production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of custom jewellery orders.
  • Maintain inventory levels, oversee visual merchandising, and implement effective store displays to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and nurturing client loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in the fine jewellery field, with a deep understanding of jewellery materials, craftsmanship, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in the jewellery business, ideally in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills with a track record of achieving targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customer and employee profiles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required.
