The Fine Dining Server is a part of the Moraine Lake Lodge fine dining team responsible for guest and food service in the Walter Wilcox Dining Room. This position requires strong customer service and safety skills and its main responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Breakfast Service
• A La Carte Dinner & wine service
• Bussing of tables
• Cleanliness and organization of dining room
• Proper food handling procedures
• Strong menu knowledge & food pairing suggestions
• Opening & Closing Procedures
• All other duties as required

Details:

• Fulltime, 40hrs. a week,
• Hourly wage
• Staff accommodation: $10.00/day, includes all meals and laundry,
• May 24, 2023- October 2, 2023,
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada prior to the offer of employment,
• Must be fully vaccinated

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years of fine dining serving experience,
• ProServe certificate or equivalent,
• Previous tourism/hospitality experience, as an asset
• Previous wine or bar experience, as an asset,
• Second language, as an asset,
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be guest service oriented, have excellent people skills with a positive & upbeat personality
• CPR and First Aid Certificate, an asset.
