Emerald Lake Lodge in Field, BC is looking for Fine Dining /Experienced Servers.

Located 30 minutes west of Lake Louise, AB. Emerald Lake Lodge is a rustic lodge located on the shores of Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park, offering a unique wilderness experience with cozy accommodations, dining, and activities

Primary Function:

Provide excellent customer service through prompt order taking, professional wine and menu recommendations, timely food delivery and anticipating guest needs. Build loyalty through personalized interactions and flawless execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver welcoming, attentive service, answering questions on menu.

Make recommendations, upsell based on preferences.

Input orders accurately; communicate with kitchen staff.

Prepare and deliver checks; process payments.

Perform tableside wine, food preparations elegantly.

Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas

Assist with setups for functions, group events.

Attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, staff meals.

Comply with appearance standards per handbook.

Adhere to all safety, Service Excellence principles.

Requirements/Experience:

Serving It Right Certificate

Restaurant service experience preferred.

Wine knowledge an asset.

Upbeat personality with passion for hospitality

Polished presentation and communication skills

Comfortable working on feet for long periods

Responsible, guest-centric team player

Open availability - able to work variable shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
