Job Description


: We are seeking a skilled FinancialForce Administrator (Level 2) to join our talented team. As a Level 2 FinancialForce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our FinancialForce applications. You will collaborate with the finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure the smooth functioning of FinancialForce to support critical financial processes. Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the FinancialForce platform, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and implement customizations accordingly.
  • Develop and manage custom objects, workflows, and validation rules to enhance the FinancialForce functionalities.
  • Assist in the integration of FinancialForce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FinancialForce configurations and functionalities.
  • Keep abreast of FinancialForce updates and enhancements and recommend best practices to optimize system performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize FinancialForce in their daily tasks.
  • Work with Level 1 Administrators and cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and support in implementing new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Level 2 FinancialForce Administrator or equivalent Salesforce-based role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring FinancialForce applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Familiarity with integration processes and tools to connect FinancialForce with other systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as FinancialForce Certified Administrator, are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
