Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) related questions. Design, document, and improve financial data workflow including POs, invoices, approvals, and intercompany transactions. Proactively identify opportunities to better leverage ERP features or recommend customizations. Build and maintain finance reports, dashboards, and data tools using Excel, Power BI, and queries. Lead the costing process in BC, ensuring consistent and accurate data across Finance and Production. Monitor cost variances and perform monthly inventory reconciliations. Support ad hoc analysis such as profitability, margin tracking, and trend reviews. Train team members and act as a liaison between Finance and IT for system needs.

Qualification

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline. Strong knowledge of account principles. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, etc.). CPA designation or progression toward one is an asset. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV). Experience with Power BI, Jet Reports, or similar reporting tools preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

ERP-related queries resolved promptly and accurately. Documented process improvements implemented. High adoption of standardized workflows (POs, AP automation, GL coding). Clean and reliable data structures enabling analysis and reporting. Development of tools that reduce manual effort across Finance.

Total Rewards:

Hourly wage range: $23-$35
