We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of financial principles. The Financial Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities



Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the organization.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a financial role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,427.98-$146,381.82 per year
