We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a motivated team-player who is an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as our Financial Service Representative. As first point of contact for members, you will be the face of Conexus and assist our members with their day to day banking needs \xe2\x80\x93 from services, to products to advice. Our front-line staff are committed to ensuring every member interaction is an exceptional experience!

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Providing members with day-to-day banking needs such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more.
• Proactively identifying and respond to members\xe2\x80\x99 needs to improve their financial well-being

• Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

• An engaging person, who builds trust and working relationships with ease
• A team player who takes pride in working with our members and creating exceptional member experiences

• Comfortable with a changing environment while remaining focused on our goal of improving the financial wellbeing of every member

• A communicator, who takes a genuine interest in people and is good at listening

The experience you bring

• Completed one-year post-secondary education in Business Administration and are currently registered for classes in September
