Working 37.5 hours per week, they will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. We have a temporary and permanent opportunity to join our front line team in a full time capacity!How youxe2x80x99ll be spending your time

• Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
• Proactively identifying and responding to membersxe2x80x99 needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications xe2x80x93 to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
• Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

• High School Diploma
• Experience in providing customer service
