In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing essential banking services and products to meet their day-to-day needs. This position also includes opportunities to support our Bethune location, so some travel will be required. • Providing members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more.
• Proactively identifying and responding to membersxe2x80x99 needs to improve their financial well-being.
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications xe2x80x93 to help fill in any gaps daily.
• Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships.
