Job Description


At Capital Hyundai, we make sure to work with our customers to find the best plan possible for vehicle financing and leasing. Getting them the best rate, with terms and vehicle coverage tailored to their needs, whatever their current situation might be. As a Financial Services Manager, you will provide first-class service, with a goal to build and maintain great relationships with our customers. The primary function of the position is to be responsible for promoting and ensuring, through professionalism, high buyer satisfaction. As well as generating finance office revenue through the sale of business products and services. This position is commission based and will expect to pay $100,000+ to high-producing sales professionals. Listed below are the core competencies and requirements for this position:

  • Thoroughly disclosing all the financial and product information pertaining to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s agreement
  • Arranging and securing appropriate customer financing by assertively selling the merits of each customer\xe2\x80\x99s credit application to all available (or appropriate) dealer plan lenders
  • Receive and receipt customer deposits/partial payments
  • Research liens on vehicles being traded in by customers or on vehicles being purchased by the dealership
  • Expected to meet and exceed the dealership\xe2\x80\x99s forecasted sales targets
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage a considerable workload with multiple priorities and demands and produce results within restrictive timelines
  • Thorough comprehension and ability to explain the benefits of the products and services offered in the business office, knowledge of financing, leasing and credit granting with the capability to use business office software
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales and/or finance IS A MUST, automotive preferred
  • Certificate of Conduct and Drivers Abstract required
  • Thorough comprehension and ability to explain the benefits of the products and services offered in the business office, knowledge of financing, leasing and credit granting with the capability to use business office software
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage a considerable workload with multiple priorities and demands and produce results within restrictive timelines
  • Ability to work independently and as team, interacting with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
