We are looking for a driven and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long term career in Automotive Finance.
Only applicants with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an F&I role will be considered
Having experience with Sub-prime clients will be considered an asset when picking our next candidate
Key Responsibilities
Secure financing and insurance options for vehicles while protecting Dealership profits
Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of prime and non-prime lenders
Present and sell F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP, credit insurance, maintenance plans, and vehicle protection
Handle all documentation and compliance related to vehicle financing and delivery
Maintain complete and accurate records of all transactions
Stay up to date on all F&I programs, rates, and legal regulations
Ensure every customer receives a full F&I turnover and high-level customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in an Automotive Dealership
Strong understanding of finance and lending structures, lender guidelines, and compliance
Exceptional communication and sales skills
Ability to multitask between Sales and F&I responsibilities effectively
