We are seeking a self-motivated and performance-driven team member to join our
Toyota Financial Services Department
. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, an outgoing personality and experience in automotive sales is preferred. This position is commission-based with an industry leading aggressive pay plan, with bonuses paid on performance.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Arranging financing and leasing with lenders and preparing accurate documentation.
Analyze the client's financial history and help determine what suits their needs finance, or lease.
Sell value in offered insurances, warranties, and after-sale products through a customer-focused presentation for all new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
Process client's documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote a team environment.
Responsible for meeting performance metrics in the finance department.
Build relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of rates and approvals.
Support product advisors by being available to help close deals to increase sales ratios and profits.
Assist with the sales team by mediating conflicts, responding to inquiries, and assigning tasks.

Preferred candidates will have:
Previous experience in financial services and/or the automotive industry.
Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
Exceptional sales, management, and organizational skills.
Technology savvy.

Negotiation and sales experience.
Knowledge in principles of leasing, financing, and cash management.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

The ability to thrive in a team atmosphere and desire to succeed at a high level.
Ability to speak a second language is recognized but not required.
Must be able to submit a clean background check and criminal record check.
