We are looking to hire a Full-Time Financial Services Manager!

The mission of the Financial Services Manager is to build and foster relationships with our clients that go beyond that of their ownership term.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to.
Reviewing customer's credit applications and credit reports and discuss the available financing options to meet their needs.
Arrange financing with various lenders, following up on credit applications on a continual basis and negotiating with institutions for approvals.
Prepare delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, licensing paperwork and other legal forms required by provincial and federal regulatory bodies.
Ensures that purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale of vehicles are completed accurately and in full compliance.
Selling value added products including extended warranties and insurance products that meet the needs of our clients.
Familiarize and remain up to date with product knowledge and monthly manufacturer programs.
Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
Sets monthly goals, organizing and plan for how to reach those objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of financial services experience (required).
Special finance or subprime experience is preferred.
Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates and percentages etc.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software considered an asset.
Adaptable to all types of people and personalities while maintaining a presentable and professional appearance.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
Outgoing & confident when engaging and meeting with new clients.
Holds a valid driver's license.
