Donway / Markville Ford is looking for a Financial Services Manager to become a part of our team at a growing dealership. If you are motivated by providing 100% customer satisfaction, and possess the following qualifications, then we should meet!Job entails selling financial services products to service customers and sales customers during the vehicle purchase process (ie: Extended Warranties, Chemical Protection Products, Loan Insurances, and accessories).Position is commission based, and involves performing credit applications and submission of paperwork and contracts. $100,000-$150,000 income expectations for qualified candidate. OMVIC License required.-Must work effectively in a team atmosphere.-Must be familiar with Digital Turnovers (Zoom, Skype, etc)-Must possess exceptional attention to detail for paperwork (program forms, contracts, etc.) and communication between customers and dealership staff.-Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with customers.-Knowledge of the day-to-day operations in the Sales Department.-Previous experience with 180/CDK/ADP an asset.-Experience and understanding of the Ford Brand and First Canadian an asset.-Ambition and drive to achieve goals and targets.We offer a generous benefit and compensation package, a great working environment, plus the chance to grow with the company.We thank all those who apply, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
