Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their financial needs and inquiries Promote and sell financial products and services tailored to individual client goals Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cash management duties Process payments and perform cashiering responsibilities with attention to detail Upsell additional financial solutions that benefit clients while meeting sales targets Educate clients on various financial options, including investments, savings plans, and insurance products Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Assist in developing personalized financial plans based on client needs and objectives

Requirements

Strong background in customer service, sales, or related fields Knowledge of financial services, banking procedures, or investment products is preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience with cash handling, cash management, and cashiering is advantageous Excellent math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately Effective communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly Ability to upsell products tactfully while prioritizing client needs Professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality Prior experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,500.00-$83,113.06 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
