Position Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Financial Service Representative will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment providing excellent customer service while helping customers make real financial progress. As a Financial Service Representative, you will have a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers by guiding and educating them on their financial needs. What You Will Do:
  • Provide an exceptional experience to potential and existing customers. This includes answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, efficiently and accurately taking customer information via phone; actively managing email inquiries; and promptly answering all customer questions and concerns.
  • Obtain and verify required information from customers such as, personal and employment information for the purpose of completing a loan application as well as assessing their financial status and reviewing their credit report.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process, provide information on instant banking verification to expedite the loan application progression, review, and upload customer loan application documents.
  • Contact customers to Follow-up on pending documents, account maintenance, loan agreement reviews and overall application progression.
  • Additional tasks and duties as required by management.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
  • 1+ year in customer service, preferably in financial services and/or a call centre environment
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with Excellent Communication and strong people skills
  • Developed organizational and time management skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Intermediate MS Office and Google Suite skill
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Open availability to meet Contact Centre hours of 8AM to 9PM Monday to Friday with rotational Saturday shifts of 9AM to 1PM
Salary Information:
From $17.00 per hour,
