The FSR I plays a critical role in achieving the goal of the organization by building strong and long lasting member relations through providing members with exceptional services.Skill RequirementsRequired Experience

• Post-secondary education Finance or Business is preferred;
• At least 2 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services salesxe2x80x99 environment with a proven track record in sales preferred;
• A basic working knowledge of investment related products such as GICxe2x80x99s, TFSAxe2x80x99s, and RRSPxe2x80x99s;
• Strong Business Acumen;
• Superior member service skills, including dealing with difficult member situations;
• Strong technical and computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Prior banking/credit union experience preferred;
• Must be bondable.

What youxe2x80x99d be doing:

• Understanding members' financial needs and offering appropriate solutions via phone, email, and in person while actively participating in revenue generation through sales to meet performance objectives.
• Within approval limits, approve or provide recommendations on products and services including new accounts, loans, mortgages, lines of credit, investment products, MeritLines, and insurance.
• Provide exceptional member service and support on the front-line as required.
• Responsible for holding estate meetings ensuring completion and closure from document intake to account creation.
• Reconciles, daily, new loan reports and verifies daily loans to ensure that all documents pertaining to the loan are properly filled out and the information is inputted on DNA and LOS correctly;
