Your Role:

Assist customers by providing solutions to their financial concerns Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts Negotiate payments and manage payment plans Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your scheduled work hours

Who You Are:

Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking Motivated by success, personal growth, and excellence in service delivery Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written

Flexible Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
