As a Financial Reporting Analyst, serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Equity Compensation Valuation, Expensing, Financial Reporting and Disclosures. The Financial Reporting Analyst will report to the Managing Director of TSX Trust.

Job Summary

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Equity Compensation Valuation, Expensing, Financial Reporting and Disclosures.
• Assist clients in understanding reporting calculations and results, reconciling data, expense and disclosures.
• Support clients with changes required in the system.
• Present software and service presentations to prospective clients
• Manage the equity compensation expense and valuation reporting
• Interpret regulations and trends through independent analysis and in collaboration with industry leaders (e.g., FASB, accounting firms, and valuation consultants)

What you bring

• Bachelors degree and 3 ? 5 years of experience in accounting/financial balancing
• 3 ? 5 years experience with stock option, restricted stock/unit and performance share plans and ESPPs (US Section 423 Plans/UK ShareSave Plans/Canadian ESPP variations, i.e. RRSPs, TFSAs).
• Expert level MS Excel experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Employee Plans systems and business is preferred
• CEP certification, an asset
• Accounting designation an asset
