Position Summary



The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial data that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. This role plays a key part in financial consolidation, reporting accuracy, Power BI dashboard creation, and continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Key Accountabilities



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy. Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics using Power BI. Support financial consolidation activities and ensure data integrity across systems. Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances; provide actionable insights. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles. Reconcile accounts and validate data inputs for reporting packages. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. Maintain documentation and standardized reporting templates. Support audit preparation and provide necessary information to auditors. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reporting and data automation.

Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field. CPA designation or progress is an asset. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or financial reporting. Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, PowerQuery an asset). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or other financial tools). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen. Ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable work style.

L'Analyste en Reporting Financier est responsable de preparer, d'analyser et de presenter les donnees financieres qui soutiennent la prise de decision strategique au sein de l'organisation. Ce role contribue de facon essentielle a la consolidation financiere, a l'exactitude du reporting, a la creation de tableaux de bord Power BI et a l'amelioration continue des processus de reporting financier.

Responsabilites Principales



Preparer les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels avec un haut niveau de precision. Developper, maintenir et ameliorer les tableaux de bord interactifs et les analyses dans Power BI. Soutenir les activites de consolidation financiere et assurer l'integrite des donnees entre les systemes. Analyser la performance financiere, les tendances et les ecarts; fournir des recommandations exploitables. Participer aux cycles de budgetisation, de previsions et de planification financiere. Reconcilier les comptes et valider les donnees utilisees dans les rapports. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour recueillir les besoins en matiere de reporting. Maintenir la documentation et les gabarits de rapports standardises. Soutenir la preparation des audits et fournir les informations requises aux auditeurs. Contribuer aux initiatives d'amelioration continue liees au reporting et a l'automatisation des donnees.

Qualifications et Competences

Baccalaureat en comptabilite, finance, analytique d'affaires ou domaine connexe. Titre CPA (ou en voie d'obtention) constitue un atout. 3 a 5 ans d'experience en analyse financiere ou en reporting financier. Maitrise avancee de Power BI (modelisation de donnees, DAX, creation de tableaux de bord). Competences avancees dans Excel (tableaux croises dynamiques, recherches; PowerQuery un atout). Experience avec des systemes ERP (SAP, Oracle ou autres outils financiers). Excellent souci du detail et grande precision. Solides competences analytiques, de resolution de problemes et de communication. Esprit analytique avec une forte comprehension financiere. Capacite a transformer des donnees en analyses pertinentes. Forte organisation et bonnes aptitudes en gestion du temps. Approche proactive, collaborative et flexible.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
