position as a Financial Relationship Advisor (FRA) located at our
Chester Basin Branch
.This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to provide consistently extraordinary service experiences for current and potential members. This role will report to our branch manager under the direction of our COO.
Duties
Open and maintain deposit accounts (Term Deposits, GICs, RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs, HISA, TSFA, Index Link, LSM) in accordance with policies and procedures. Explain to prospective and existing members Mosaik's product features while incorporating all applicable resident and non-resident tax implications.
Process file maintenance requests: including but not limited to investment transfer-in requests and investment transfer-out requests.
Open and maintain accounts (Chequing, Savings, Commercial, Non-Profit, USD, Estate, Term Deposit and all Registered Plans) in accordance with policies and procedures.
Conduct background and credit checks on prospective and existing members as required.
Explain to prospective and existing members account features, service fee packages, debit card service agreements, etc.
Process maintenance requests; including but not limited to, name and address changes, replacement member cards, account closure requests, account joint requests, and signing officer change requests.
Address the entire financial relationship at each member interaction touchpoint to identify current and future lending solutions, retirement planning solutions, investment planning solutions, and convenience banking solutions.
Conduct member interviews to identify and assess investment and deposit objectives.
Collect and compile information and analyze member's personal financial goals to assess risk tolerance to identify current and future deposit and investment opportunities for completion or referral.

Experience
Candidates will have successfully completed a certificate or diploma in Business Administration or training and experience equivalent.
